Student Healer Assessment Panels will run on each day at 10am, 12.30pm and 3.30pm.

For Panels held up to December 2025 students* will need to submit:

  1. A completed Log of all your training activities totalling a minimum of 100 hours signed as an accurate account by your Mentor
  2. Names and addresses of 4 clients who are happy to complete a Testimonial questionnaire to be returned to the Office
  3. Copies of Certificates covering all four Parts of your Training
  4. Your completed Healer Member Application form plus your remittance

*Students on the Online Pilot Project will follow the requirements for the post 2026 Panels below

For Panels held from 1st January 2026 students will need to submit:

  1. A completed digital Log detailing 200 hours of overall training.
  2. Log to include 40 hours of documented Supervised Healing Practice, verified by the Supervisor, of which 10 hours are with members of the public, i.e. not course members, family or friends.
  3. Log to be signed off as an accurate record by Tutor. 
  4. Copies of Certificates covering all four Parts of your Training
  5. Three written case studies providing evidence of a) reflective practice, b) the healing process i.e. how it is experienced by you the healer and how this fits in with the theoretical basis of Healing, c) care of the client and self, inclusive of professional issues such as consent, environment, etc. 
  6. Each case study must be with a client who is a member of the public (i.e. not course members, family or friends) and you must have seen each of them for a minimum of three sessions. The guideline length for a case study is around 500 words. Each case study must be supported by a testimonial. You will need to issue a testimonial form to each case study client to complete who will send it directly to the Office.
  7. Your completed Healer Member Application form plus your remittance
