Healing meditations: day seven
This is the final day of free guided meditations offered by members of The Healing Trust to celebrate Healing Awareness Week. We hope you have been enjoying them. Remember, you can download each one that has been published on our blog, and listen to them as often as you like.
We will finish with a beautiful, simple healing meditation by Caroline Thornton. There is no music – just Caroline's gentle voice.
Fountain of Light
'The Fountain of Light' is a relaxation/visualisation exercise. Unusually, this meditation finishes while you are still bathing in the fountain of light, making it perfect for settling into a deep silent meditation. You can carry this healing energy with you for hours after listening to it. And it's helpful for a good night's sleep.
Carole explains, "It only runs for 11 minutes so is ideal for our busy, modern lifestyle when we just don’t seem to have the time to stop and nourish the part of ourselves that can give us such guidance and wisdom to help us in our everyday lives.
We all need to find that inner peace and translate that into our work, family situations and whatever experiences we encounter on a daily basis. Enjoy and celebrate taking this breathing space today."
