About the Course

The Healing Trust Training Course enables the student to explore and understand the principles and practice of healing. It also serves to support the personal spiritual growth of the individual, who is developing as a channel for healing energies. The course provides ample opportunity to ask questions and for practical workshop experience under the guidance of our well established professional healer tutors.

Course Content

Part 1

Part 1 also serves as a stand alone course for anyone wishing to know more about healing and the healer's role; it is also relevant for other healthcare professionals wishing to refer to, or work in partnership with, healers.

Subjects covered include:

What makes a Healer?, The Holistic nature of Spiritual Healing, The History of Healing, Breath Work, Preparing for Healing, Grounding, Spiritual Attunement and Protection, Distant Healing, The Human Energy Centres (The Chakras), Being a Student with The Healing Trust.

Part 2

Part 2 of the Course has been designed for people who have successfully completed Healer Training Part 1.

Subjects covered include:

Principles of Relaxation, Healing Act, Preparation for Healing, Opening and Closing a Healing Session, Chair Healing techniques, The Nature of Disease, The Power of the Creative Mind, Positive Thought and Lifestyle, The Human Energy Field (The Aura).

Part 3

Part 3 of the Course has been designed for those students who have successfully completed Healer Training Parts 1 and 2. (Applicants will be expected to confirm the dates and locations at which Parts 1 and 2 were completed.)

Subjects covered include:

The Physical Body, Stress Management, Creative Visualization and Meditation, Principles of Meditation, The Healer"s Role in the Cosmic Plan, Self-Healing Strategies, Understanding your Inner Self, Healing Practice, Assessment and Standards, Recording your Personal Development as a Healer.

Part 4

Part 4 of the Course has been designed for those students who have successfully completed Healer Training Parts 1-3. (Confirmation of this will be requested.)

Subjects covered include:

Practical Preparations for Healing, Administration, Record keeping, Couch Healing, Health and Safety, Healing into Death and Dying, Listening Skills, The Healing Trust Code of Conduct, Karma and Reincarnation, Sound and Vibration, Colour Awareness.

Healer Training with The Healing Trust

Residential courses are held at Tekels Park, Camberley, Surrey; these courses are organised by The Healing Trust Central Office and can be booked via:

Non residential courses are held in various locations thoughout the UK; these are organised by The Healing Trust's 40 licensed UK Tutors, who can be contacted on an individual basis. It is possible to travel to any region to complete a course; tutors can supply details of local accommodation.

Students are not expected to study with one tutor for the entirety of their course; they may change tutor at any time and some find it advantageous to work with more than one teacher.

The cost of these courses varies according to location, and whether the course includes a residential component.

Licensed International Tutors also faciliate Healing Trust courses in a number of countries.
