Must I keep the same Mentor throughout my training period?

Not necessarily. During your 2 year development period as a Student, your Mentor may change; a Mentor may move, retire, become ill, or decide they no longer wish to continue in that role. Although you will need to find another Mentor, all meetings with your original Mentor will count as part of your student period; you do not need to start again from scratch. Central Office has a list of members willing to help as Mentors.
